Method of Payment

Cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Chad does not file insurance claims. However, Chad will be glad to give you a briefly itemized receipt so you may attempt to file it on your own. While this may be a challenge for some, the overwhelming majority of Chad’s clients experience rapid results without dealing with one or more middlemen, and in the least invasive ways possible.
